  I booked my car for an MOT in this garage. Brought the car at given time early afternoon, was told it would be finish by 3pm but they would call me. They didnt call, went back to garage at about 4pm because I had nothing else to do. My car had just been taken in. Waited an hour to be told it didnt pass MOT. One of the reasons it failed was "no glass cleaning liquid". Not only is it not something MOT related but also, there was liquid, I used it before and after I took the car and it worked just fine.
  There were other faults but they said they needed to look further into it to know what exactly was faulty and how much it would cost.
  They wanted to keep the car, I said no. We arranged for them to call me the next working day to give me a quote on the parts that they knew were faulty before I brought the car in for further looking into. They didnt give me any paperwork, which is illegal by the way.
  They never called. I chased them, they didnt call back.
  Had to go to another garage to pass MOT, which didnt pass too but for different reasons.
  Chased garage for refund but they ignored until head office contacted them. Then I spent countless minutes on the phone (while working) with them where they kept putting the fault on me for not bringing the car back in when it was never arranged as such. As mentioned earlier, they were meant to call me back with a quote on parts they could.
  In the end I let it go because the only times I could get in touch with them were while working and I was sick and tired of having the same phone conversation over and over and also because I had enough other things to deal with but now that those things are over, I want to make sure that people stop going to this garage. They are horrible.
  Im not going into details on how I was treated while I was there. But not better.
