My wife bought a trip to Wicked in London with a Hotel stayover included for some friends as a Christmas present on 15 December. The voucher came through in her own name rather than the friends name. She immediately tried calling the 020 7 number which 1) either does not pick up or 2) diverts to an Indian call centre. They said they would change it but nothing came through in time for Christmas. I called for the 4th time today (4 January) and they said the tickets could not be changed and were non-refundable (when I pointed out this is contrary to UK online consumer rights I was told to calm down and that this was clearly pointed out in the Terms & Conditions). This company acts like its some dodgy shell company and I would recommend avoiding as it seems nigh on impossible to hold anyone accountable, despite their internet footprint. They now claim they are awaiting a response from their local partners which further increases the impression that they are not a genuine UK company.
