This is one of the useless not truthful student support services parents will want to invest into for their children. This company doesnt live to the expectation of the name ( STUDENT SUPPORT) as there is NO support they render to your child/children. All they do is hire a smooth talking so called marketer to sell you the silly package and you will be hooked on the contract for couple of years. Initially when I was introduced to it I thought it was a good idea until I signed the contract and didnt hear from the company again except to be paying £71.88 monthly with no benefit to my child. My child is now moved to another place not using the DVD but still have to pay for another 2yrs out of 4yrs. I thought the company will be considerate when spoken to as per reaching an agreement to reduce the cost to pay back but instead I was been tossed around. PARENTS BEWARE OF COMAPNIES LIKE THIS!!!
